Stormline take pride in producing world leading quality garments. Our products have specifically formulated polymetrics within the PVC to withstand the harsh elements of the fishing industry throughout the world. The fabric has been specifically designed to combine suppleness and strength, and with high frequency welded seams makes it an excellent 100% waterproof and windproof fabric.

Our garments are sold with full factory warranty against all defects in workmanship for 30 days from purchase. This doesn’t cover tears, snags due to any use. Stormline only uses the finest quality fabrics available throughout the world. It takes care and attention in all its garments to present you with well designed functional styles where quality is foremost, hence Stormline has been awarded one of the top accolades in New Zealand for quality Hi-Tech Apparel The New Zealand Way.

Faulty items should be cut out around the problem area and sent by post along with one Stormline logo per item to the relevant address below. 

We offer a refund on most purchases if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days beginning on the day after you received the Products. The refund is only offered if the Products are not used and returned to us in their original condition.

If you decide to return the goods for whatever reason they must be returned to us intact, undamaged and with their original packaging. You must not remove any of the security or other tags from the Product. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Refunds are paid in the manner in which the payment was accepted (credit card or direct debit).

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt back into our warehouse. Garments purchased from a Stormline Stockist, or from another website, must be returned to that same store or company. Different return/exchange policies may apply

Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend that you use Special Delivery or if that is not available in your territory, use an insured carrier service. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us.
