All you need to know about stormline deliveries

All parcels are dispatched within two working days. You should receive your parcel within 3-10 working days from the time you place your order. Note that at busy times (ie Christmas) this period may be stretched.

International parcels are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid. If there are any taxes, duties or VAT to be paid for the import of the parcel, these are at the cost of the customer. Duty, taxes and VAT differ between countries and also types of products, for further information on duties please contact your local Customs office.

Items ordered within the UK, NZ or US are shown inclusive of GST, VAT and Sales Tax. 

Occasionally a garment you order may be on backorder for a short time. If you order multiple items, and one is on backorder, we will send the available items immediately. We will then send the backordered item to you separately as soon as they are possible. In this instance you will never be charged any additional freight costs for the split delivery, Stormline will cover this additional cost.
