Stormline take pride in producing world leading quality garments. Our foul weather gear has specifically formulated polymetrics within the PVC to withstand the harsh elements of the fishing and general industry throughout the world. The fabric has been specifically designed to combine suppleness and strength. The distinctive high frequency welded seams make it an excellent 100% waterproof and windproof fabric.

Our garments are sold with full factory warranty against all defects in workmanship for 30 days from purchase. (full warranty will apply outside this period at Stormline’s discretion). The warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear, tears, snags or misuse. Stormline only uses the best quality fabrics. Stormline takes care and attention in the manufacture of all its garments to present you with well designed functional styles where quality is foremost, hence Stormline has been awarded one of the top accolades in New Zealand for quality hi-tech apparel the New Zealand way.

Faulty items should be returned to the address below with proof of purchase or the date of purchase and the place where it was purchased. Alternatively, please email a photo of the damaged area and proof of purchase to [email protected].

28 Day Return Policy

We offer a refund on most purchases if returned in the condition in which they were sold and within 28 days beginning on the day after receipt of the product.

If you decide to return the goods for whatever reason they must be returned to us intact, undamaged and with their original packaging. You must not remove any of the security or other tags from the product. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Refunds are paid in the manner in which the payment was accepted (credit/debit card or PayPal). It is our policy to refund the cost of the products only; 10% of the value of your order will be retained to cover shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from receipt of returned item to our warehouse. Garments purchased from a Stormline stockist, or from another website, must be returned to that same store or company. Different return/exchange policies may apply.

***Please note that clearance items are non-refundable, returnable or exchangeable***

Return Procedure

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. Upon inspection, all items returned in non-resalable condition, not in manufacturer’s original packaging or with missing or damaged parts may be refused a refund and will be charged an additional restocking fee at Stormline’s discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: You must send us tracking details for all returns/exchanges as we use third party warehouses in some locations and we may not be able to track or receipt your parcel without these.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend that you use special delivery or if that is not available in your territory, use an insured carrier service. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, except where the goods are faulty as confirmed by us. Please always send us the tracking information.
