Dispatch of Goods:
All parcels are dispatched within two working days. You should receive your parcel within 3-10 working days from the time you place your order. Note that at busy times (e.g. Christmas) this period may be stretched. A confirmation email will be sent on dispatch with your tracking information. If you have a prefered courier for your shipping address, please state this in your order notes and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Unable to deliver: If a parcel is returned because goods are refused, an incorrect address is provided or goods are undeliverable due to reasons outside our control, any re-delivery will be charged at the applicable rate. Please note that if you are not home at the time of delivery and the parcel is delivered to a local access point for your collection, this will be considered a successful delivery.
International Parcels: International parcels are sent ‘delivery duty unpaid’. If there are any taxes, duties or VAT to be paid for the import of the parcel, these are at the cost of the customer. Duty, taxes and VAT differ between countries and by type of product, for further information on duties please contact your local customs office.
Rural Locations: If you are located in a rural or isolated area with limited transport or local delivery services, shipping times are provided by the carrier and are a guide only. Stormline offers NO guarantee of delivery time, including for express delivery. No refunds will be offered for express delivery if the carrier is unable to deliver within the specified timeframe.
Clearance Items: Please allow 5 – 10 working days for shipping outside the United States or Canada for all clearance stock. Please note all clearance stock are sent ‘delivery duty unpaid’. Please refer to International Parcels above.
IMPORTANT: The shipping times are provided by the carrier and are once the item ships. Whilst we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered within these time frames, they are a guide only and Stormline offers NO guarantee of delivery time.
All orders are processed through our trading company in the United Kingdom, and as such we are unable to issue tax receipts for any country or territory other than in the United Kingdom or Europe. Items ordered within Europe are shown inclusive of VAT. A full VAT receipt will be sent to you on completion of your order.
Note regarding freight on ‘split’ orders:
Occasionally a garment you order may be on backorder for a short time. If you order multiple items, and one is on backorder, we will send the available items immediately. We will then send the backordered item to you separately as soon as they are available. In this instance you will never be charged any additional freight costs for the split delivery, Stormline will cover this additional cost.
