EU SHIPPING: Due to the new EPR packaging reporting requirements in each individual country, we have temporarily ceased shipping to all EU countries except (France, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Netherlands).
Dispatch of Goods*:All parcels are dispatched within two business days. You should receive your parcel within 1–10 business days from the time you place your order. Please note that during peak periods (such as Christmas or major sales), delivery times may take slightly longer. A confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent upon dispatch. If you have a preferred courier for your delivery address, please state this in your order notes at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders in the US: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Philadelphia, PA.
Orders in the EU: All orders made within the EU are shipped within the EU from our European warehouse in Latvia.
Orders in NZ/AU: All orders are shipped from our factory in NZ or our warehouse in Melbourne.
Orders in Canada: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Dartmouth, NS.
Orders in the UK and NI: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Plymouth.
Orders in Rest of World:Orders are dispatched from the warehouse closest to your destination.
Next day delivery dispatch cutoff: Cut off times for dispatching orders the same day is 11am. After this time all next day deliveries will be dispatched the following working day.
* If stock is unavailable locally, your order may ship from an international warehouse via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at no extra cost to you.
Unable to Deliver: If a parcel is returned because goods are refused, an incorrect address is provided or goods are undeliverable due to reasons outside our control, any re-delivery will be charged at the applicable rate. Please note that if you are not home at the time of delivery and the parcel is delivered to a local access point for your collection, this will be considered a successful delivery.
International Orders (Rest of World): All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means you may be subject to local VAT, import duties, or customs taxes upon delivery, which are payable by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for applicable rates.
Rural & Remote Delivery:Shipping times to rural or isolated areas are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed.Express delivery fees are non-refundable if a carrier experiences delays delivering to remote locations.
Clearance Items:Please allow 5–10 business days for shipping all clearance items outside the United States or Canada. Please note that clearance stock is shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU / DAP). For further details on customs fees, please refer to our International Parcels policy above.
IMPORTANT: Estimated shipping times apply once your item leaves our warehouse. These transit times are provided by the carrier and are a guide only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Official tax invoices are issued for orders delivered within our registered tax jurisdictions.

UK VAT: Standard UK VAT (20%) is calculated and applied at checkout. A full UK VAT receipt including our registration number will be issued upon order completion.
- EU VAT: Prices for European orders are displayed exclusive of VAT. VAT-registered businesses can enter a valid EU VAT number at checkout to receive zero-rated supplies (excluding Latvia). Non-VAT registered private individuals will be charged the applicable destination country VAT rate at checkout.
- Canada GST/HST: Orders delivered to Canada are subject to applicable Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) based on the destination province. Taxes are calculated at checkout under GST/HST Registration No. 852560952RT0001.
- United States (Pennsylvania): US orders fulfilled by Stormline International LLC (EIN: 30-1344385) and delivered to addresses within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are subject to state and local sales tax (6% state rate plus applicable local surtaxes). Taxes are collected at checkout under PA Sales Tax License No. 67873602.
- Rest of World: For all other international destinations, orders are processed without local sales tax, and we are unable to issue country-specific tax receipts outside our registered jurisdictions. Customers remain responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or clearance fees due upon delivery.

Note Regarding Freight on Split Orders: Occasionally, an item in your order may be briefly backordered. If you purchase multiple items and one is temporarily out of stock, we will dispatch the available items immediately and send the backordered item separately as soon as it arrives. You will never pay additional shipping fees for a split delivery—Stormline will cover all extra freight costs.
